This Privacy Policy describes how Sports Maps ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by PDR Ventures, LLC at thesportsmaps.com, collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit our website. By using Sports Maps, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Sports Maps is an independent informational site and is not affiliated with the NFL, MLB, FOX, CBS, or any other sports league, team, or broadcaster. The site does not stream games or broadcasts. Maps and listings reflect publicly available broadcast assignment data and are subject to change.
Sports Maps does not require you to create an account or submit personal information to use the site. We may, however, automatically collect certain technical information when you visit:
We do not intentionally collect personal information from visitors. If you contact us by email, we receive only the information you include in that message.
We and our third-party partners use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the site, analyze traffic, and serve relevant advertising. Cookies are small data files stored on your browser. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent; however, some features of the site may not function properly without cookies.
First-party cookies may be set by Sports Maps for session management and site functionality.
Third-party cookies are set by services we integrate, including Google (for advertising and analytics) and, on NFL Sunday afternoons, Fubo (whose live-preview video player appears in place of an ad on some pages). These are described in detail below.
Sports Maps may use Google AdSense to display advertisements on our site. If advertising is enabled, Google, as a third-party vendor, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other sites on the internet.
If active, Google's use of advertising cookies may enable it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to Sports Maps and/or other sites on the internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
Google may use the DART cookie to serve ads to users based on their visit to Sports Maps and other sites on the internet. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.
Third-party ad vendors may also use cookies and web beacons on our site. These third parties' use of cookies is subject to their own respective privacy policies, not this one. Sports Maps has no access to or control over cookies used by third-party advertisers.
For more information about how Google collects and uses data, please visit Google's Privacy Policy.
Some links on Sports Maps are affiliate links, and they are always labeled as ads. If you click one and then sign up or make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links never change which games, networks, or broadcast areas our maps show.
Amazon Associates: Sports Maps is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, Sports Maps earns from qualifying purchases. When you click an Amazon link (for example, a "Watch on Prime Video" link), Amazon may set cookies on your device to attribute any qualifying sign-up or purchase to us. Amazon's use of that information is governed by the Amazon Privacy Notice.
Fubo: Sports Maps is an affiliate of fuboTV through the impact.com partner network. On NFL Sunday afternoons, some pages show Fubo's live-preview video player, labeled as an ad, in place of a regular ad, along with a "Watch live on Fubo" link. Because the player is served by Fubo, Fubo may set cookies and collect information from your device when it appears on the page, even if you don't click it. If you click through, Fubo and impact.com may set cookies to attribute any subscription to us. Their use of that information is governed by Fubo's Privacy Policy and impact.com's Privacy Policy.
Sports Maps does not receive your name, payment details, or what you buy from these partners — only aggregate reports of clicks and commissions.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics collects information about your browsing behavior, including pages visited and time spent on the site, using cookies and similar technologies. This data is used in aggregate form to improve the site experience and is not used to identify individual users.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Information collected automatically is used to:
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties for their marketing purposes.
Sports Maps is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child under 13 may have provided personal information to us through contact with this site, please contact us at the.sports.maps.contact@gmail.com and we will promptly remove that information.
Browser cookie controls: Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of some site features.
Opt out of interest-based ads: You can opt out of interest-based advertising from Google and other participating companies through the following tools:
Opting out does not prevent ads from being shown; it prevents personalized ads based on your browsing behavior.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites (such as league and network sites). This Privacy Policy applies only to Sports Maps. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external sites and encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
